They have also mass-produced a series of single micro-hole products used in the production processes of general semiconductors, including diamond cutting wheels for flat panel display cutting, nozzles for precision fluid control jet valves, wedge bonding tips for wafer packaging, and are developing multi-pore plates for wafer packaging substrate molds, probe card guides for wafer testing, monocrystalline silicon electrodes for wafer process etching, wafer chucks, and other multi-micro-hole series products.
While tackling the technology for processing diamond tool shafts, Ans Advanced Manufacturing Inc. successfully developed micro-needle preparation technology with a minimum diameter of 20 microns. They have mass-produced a series of micro-needle products used in the fields of general semiconductors and life sciences, including diamond tool shafts that accompany diamond cutting wheels, striker needles for jet valve nozzles, threading needles for nozzle wedges, aluminum wire bonding tips for wafer packaging, probes for wafer testing, insert pins for wafer packaging substrate molds, guidewires for medical use, and other micro-needle series products.
With over ten years of iteration in micro-hole and micro-needle technology, Ans Advanced Manufacturing Inc. has broken the monopoly held by foreign enterprises with its own complete independent intellectual property rights in micro-hole and micro-needle preparation technologies.
